 Our adult fitness programs are designed to help you feel younger, lose weight, reduce stress, and improve balance, mobilty, flexibility, strength, and endurance.

We offer adult fitness memberships for private one-on-one training, semi-private training and for training in small groups of up to six people.

Whether you’re working out one-on-one or in a group, you are always working with a Move Better coach who will help customize your program around your specific needs and goals.

Monday – Friday: 5:45, 7:00, 9:00, 10:15

Saturday:  8:00, 9:15, 10:30

AFTERNOON

Monday, Wednesday:  4:30, 5:30, 6:30

Tuesday, Thursday, Friday:  4:15, 5:30
