 Our adult fitness programs balance the elements needed for weight loss/maintenance, proper movement, functional strength, flexibility, and conditioning.

We offer adult fitness memberships for private one-on-one training, semi-private training and for training in small groups of up to six people.

Whether you’re working out one-on-one or in a group, you are always working with a Move Better coach who will help customize your program around your specific needs and goals.

Your workout program should be effective and fun while, at the same time, reducing your risk of injury.
