TRAIN FOR SPORT

Your child has an awesome training experience and gets as fit and game ready as possible.

We offer groups for High School athletes on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3:30  PM.

 

Our sports performance program builds a solid training foundation for all participants but remains focused on each child’s athletic needs and goals.

Your athlete is closely supervised as a professional coach takes him or her through a 60-minute workout and there is always a strong focus on proper technique and safety. 

Workouts become progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered.
